Michael T. Gibson

Mr. Gibson returns to the firm after serving as a law clerk and legal assistant throughout college and law school. He is a graduate of The University of Central Florida and Florida A&M University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 2% in his class. While in law school, Mr. Gibson served as the teaching assistant for the Academic Success Program and as President of the American Trial Lawyers Association Student Division. He was also a member of the Law Review, a certified County Court Mediator, and a Certified Legal Intern for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. Shortly after returning to the firm, Mr. Gibson, on behalf of a client, obtained $4 million dollar jury verdict, becoming one of the youngest attorneys in the nation to receive such a verdict. Mr. Gibson’s practice focuses on representing victims of nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, consumer claims, pharmaceutical and product liability claims. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the University of Central Florida Alumni Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar, the Middle District of Florida, and the Orange County Bar Association.
