Ernesto Gonzalez

Ernesto Gonzalez joined AttorneysTrialGroup.com upon graduating from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as senior editor for the American University International Law Review and editor and translator for the Sustainable Development Law and Policy Brief. While at law school, Mr. Gonzalez worked as Dean’s Fellow for the Impact Litigation Project, representing victims of human rights abuses in Latin America. Mr. Gonzalez received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, where he was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and the University of Central Florida President’s Honor Roll. Mr. Gonzalez’s article The Liability of HMOs for Negligent Utilization Review after Aetna Health Inc. v. Davila will appear in the Spring 2008 edition of the American University Health Law Brief.
