Carlos R. Diez-Arguelles

Mr. Diez-Arguelles is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1985 with honors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

He has served on the Board of Trustees of the Florida Lawyers Action Group, the Civil Board Trial Certification Committee of the Florida Bar, The Ninth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, the Gender Bias Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, the Professional Ethics Committee of the Florida Bar, the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of the Florida Bar, the Board of Directors of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Chamber of Central Florida and the Board Directors of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida. He has chaired the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Continuing Legal Education Committee. Also, he Co-chaired the Insurance Task Force of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
